Heartfelt help,
when thinking
falls short

There are questions we have that our heads can’t answer.

No matter how accomplished, educated, or self-aware we are, we still get stuck. It dawns on us that maybe we won’t be able to “think” our way through this one.

Research, advice, list-making, and even sheer determination fall short. The clarity we need to make important decisions demands that we go deep inside ourselves to increase our self-awareness.

Provocative questions are a powerful tool for exploring what’s possible.

  • Where am I headed?
  • What do I really want?
  • What’s the impact I want to have in the world?
  • How do I get from where I am now to where I want to be?
  • How do I feel more, connect more, balance it all better?

A coach will ask you those provocative questions, help you name what’s really important to you, hold you accountable for what you want for yourself, advocate, champion, and celebrate with you, and be with you in moments of self-doubt and confusion. As a result, you will understand yourself better, gain clarity, and grow your confidence, so you can be decisive in working toward your goals.

A coaching partnership is a productive and powerful way to get out of your head and into the heart of what’s possible for you.

Ann Zimmerman, PhD. (she/her/hers)

Working with a coach can be exceptionally helpful when you’re contemplating or are ready to make a change, and you’d benefit from outside-your-own-head support to explore the range of possibilities. I do my best work with business owners, executives, and professionals looking for a bright, critical thinker and an open-minded, empathetic, and highly trained coach. I provide a thoughtful approach and great caring and compassion to help my clients learn more about who they are, what they need, and what they want to achieve, so they can plan their future with excitement, joy, and confidence. Learn more.

What are you thinking? What’s in your heart?

Whether you feel a vague longing or an acute ache, I’m committed to helping you learn more about what you’re missing, what fulfills you, and what opportunities lie ahead.

I received my training from the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the oldest and most respected coaching training programs in the world. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation and am bound by its Code of Ethics.

This is how we can WORK TOGETHER.

For those who are…
  • curious
  • stuck
  • spinning
  • lost
  • longing
  • dreaming
  • ready

… I’d be delighted to have a conversation about possibilities and partnership.
